REFUND ELIGIBILITY
- 1. Agreement and Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds will only be considered as per the terms outlined in the agreement that is signed before starting the service. This agreement will clearly specify the scope of services, fees, and the conditions under which a refund may be issued.
- 2. Cancellation Before Service Commencement:
- If you cancel the service before we begin any work (such as submitting your application or processing your documents), you may be eligible for a partial refund, as defined in the signed agreement.
- 3. Refunds Due to Non-Delivery of Service:
- In the event that we are unable to provide the agreed services due to unforeseen circumstances or any issue on our end, and as per the legal grounds of the agreement, a full or partial refund will be processed.
- 4. No Refund on Government Fees:
- Payments made directly to government agencies or third parties (such as visa application fees, processing fees, etc.) are non-refundable, as these fees are outside our control.
- 5. Refund Request Process:
- To request a refund, clients must provide a formal written request stating the grounds for the refund. This request should be submitted to us within the time frame specified in the agreement.
REFUND PROCESS AND TIMELINE
- 1. Legal Grounds for Refund:
- Refunds will only be issued if the request meets the legal grounds outlined in the signed agreement. These may include issues such as failure to deliver services as agreed or other circumstances where the refund is legally required.
- 2. Processing Time:
- If a refund is deemed applicable under the legal terms of the agreement, the refund will be processed within 45 working days from the date the refund request is approved.
EXCEPTIONS AND CONDITIONS
- 1. Partial Refunds:
- If the service has been partially provided or work has already commenced, a partial refund may be issued. The refund amount will be determined based on the scope of work completed and the terms of the agreement.
- 2. Refunds for Online Payments:
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). The refund will reflect in the client’s account as per the payment provider’s processing time.
- 3. No Refund for Client Dissatisfaction:
- If the services have been delivered as per the signed agreement and the legal grounds for a refund are not met, no refund will be provided, even if the client is dissatisfied with the services.
